We are a privately owned and operated general contractor in which specializes in the build out; both new construction or renovation, of your existing dental, medical, or optical practice. While a portion of our annual production falls under the “commercial” construction world, our primary focus is in the medical field. A large portion of our client base consists of professionals whom have decided to build their first office, aka “startup practice”. Another common client is one who has decided to expand their current practice(s) by opening additional facilities and/or one who is interested in “relocating” to a larger facility.

While the average project consists of 2,000 square feet or so, in which typically includes 4-5 exam, operatory, and/or procedure rooms, Med-Tech can usually be found building out an office that accommodates 20+ treatment rooms at a time. We work very closely with a number of resources specific to your industry that can handle each and every one of your needs. Each project/client is unique in that your needs are likely different than the previous project and/or the next one!
